E tenebras, lux dormiens

There's a book I'm thinking of buying, but first of all, I don't know if it's good, worth it, or just plain crappy. I suppose I could just tell you all, who don't necessarily know me, to get your opinions but I don't feel particularly comfortable. I have my dignity, you know? I just can't take criticism, constructive or destructive.

The name of the book is the two letters before the last letter of the alphabet. It is a sequel. It may be too good for me.

What books would you recommend . . . ? Just in general. I mean, I like Harry Potter.
